What cuisine do you specialize in?

We offer Asian Fusion and Western cuisine. One of our top specialisations is Sri Lankan food but we have experience preparing a very broad range of choices.

Can you provide vegan, vegetarian and gluten free dishes?

Yes. Vegan, vegetarian or gluten free dishes are available and can be tailored to your requirements. Any dietary restrictions can typically be accommodated.

Where do you operate and provide your service?

We cover most of Surrey and the Greater London area, typically within a 20 mile radius of Epsom.

What is the cost of your service?

The cost depends on the number of meals and event participants, cost of ingredients and event location. We can give you a quote once we know more about your requirements but rates typically start at £200.

Can you provide specific nutritional options including for those with allergies?

It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergens.
We will always enquire about any allergies before accepting your order . Once your booking is confirmed, disclosed allergies will be incorporated into our menu preparation as we place our clients' health in the highest regard.
Due to the nature of our offering, we cannot guarantee our cuisine is 100% allergen free.
We follow strict procedures to avoid cross contamination.

Can you provide crockery and cutlery?

Yes. At your request, crockery and cutlery can be made available for hire at an additional cost.

What is your booking policy?

Any bookings require an initial 50% deposit to secure the services of Sri Kitchen UK.
Bookings will be confirmed in writing including date of your event, number of people and cost of service provided once the initial deposit is received.
The initial deposit becomes non-refundable two weeks before your booked event to acknowledge loss of earnings and costs incurred by Sri Kitchen UK.
Full payment is required within 24 hours after your event took place.
All menus are subject to change due to seasonal variation. Sri Kitchen UK are going to notify you if a menu change is necessary as soon as possible.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations two weeks or more before your booked event will result in a loss of your initial deposit.
Any cancellation within 72 hours before your booked event will be charged at the full rate.
